Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Please note: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Delivery Time
United States: 3–5 business days after processing
Canada: 5–7 business days after processing
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120
For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95 applies
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team at hameeda.khan@hotmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate and make it right as quickly as possible.
